Tuesday June 3rd workout! Leg Day!!!

Hi everyone,

Hope you are having a good week! Here is my workout from yesterday! Killed those legs! Enjoy!

Superset: 4x12
Barbell Squat
Band half jacks

Barbell good mornings-4x12

Superset: 
Single leg, leg press- 4x12
Forearm donkey kicks- 4x15

Superset: 
Adduction machine-4x15
Adduction machine- 4x15
Frog jump forward and back ward-4x10 each way
