Thursday 6/5 and Friday 6/6- Cardio Outdoor and Indoor and my playlist!

Hi everyone!

Happy Friday!! Time to enjoy the weekend! Here is my cardio workout from yesterday and today!

Thursday-6/5: 
5 rounds of stairs- interchanging
  • Regular
  • Left side 
  • Right side 
  • Skip a step 
  • Regular 
5 hill sprints-walk down to catch breath
1 minute intervals:
Split lunges
Ice Skaters
Bench step ups (1 minute each side)
Right lunge, Squat, Left lunge Squat
Karaoke's
Lunges with hands over head

Friday-6/6 
StairMaster- Fat burner level 9-30 minutes
