June 30th- Sexy back workout and delicious pork chop dinner

Hi everyone,

Hope your week is off to a great start and you are getting those workout in! Here is my workout from yesterday and my awesome dinner that I made tonight! Enjoy! :)



Cardio: Stair-master 45 minutes

  • fat burner, level 8 
Back and Bicep: 
  • Superset: 
    • Pull-ups 4x12
    • Chin-ups 4x12
    • Crunches 4x50
  • Superset: 
    • Dumbbell Bent over row 4x12
    • Dumbbell Single arm bent over reverse flye 4x12 on each arm 
    • Dumbbell standing alternating windshield wiper bicep curls 4x12 on each arm 
    • Decline cork screw leg lifts 4x12 on each side 
Pork chop dinner: 
  • Ingredients: for 2
    • Trader Joe's Pork Chops 3
    • Organic Asparagus 18 spears 
    • Organic Avocado 1
    • Organic brown eggs 2
    • Organic trader joe's roasted red bell peppers
    • Organic grape seed oil 
    • Parmesan grated cheese 
  • Asparagus
    • set oven for 350 degrees 
    • wash and cut into pieces 
    • cover small 11x17 pan with aluminum foil or spray pan 
    • season with 
      • black pepper 
      • Parmesan cheese (lightly) 
      • garlic powder 
      • Himalayan pink salt 
    • place into oven and let cook for 15-20 minutes depending on your liking 
  • Pork chops 
    • Heat pan w/ grape seed oil 
    • Seat heat to medium heat 
    • Season pork chops w/ 
      • black pepper 
      • garlic powder 
      • Himalayan pink salt 
      • Mrs. Dash red pepper and garlic seasoning 
    • Turn over after 5-7 minutes REPEAT above seasoning on the other side 
      • while cooking cut veggies and prepare eggs
    • Cook to your liking 
  • Eggs 
    • Cook one egg at a time 
    • Take a small frying plan and add a dash of grape seed oil 
    • Fry egg to liking 
  • Putting it all together 
    • Place pork chops on plate 
    • Place fried egg on top of pork chop 
    • Add avocado and roasted red bell peppers 
  • ENJOY! below is a picture of my boyfriends portion (I consumed mine too quickly lol), I only consumed one pork chop, and a few more veggies! :0)
