July 4th Booty and Inner Thigh workout

Hi Everyone!

Happy 4th of July! I hope you are all celebrating with your family's enjoying all the wonderful things America has to offer!



For all my non- American readers, I hope you are having a happy Friday! This booty leg workout it a good one. It's sure to get those glutes firing!



Superset: 4x12 

  • Incline Leg press 
  • Barbell Curtsy lunge w/ a kick 
  • GHD leg lifts 

Superset: 5x10 
  • Shuttle hops for (4 reps) into 2 split jumps 
  • Small box hops- wide to outside, jump up to top 
  • GHD donkey kicks 
  • Bear crawls w/ a mat (crawl to the end of the mat and back)- Then jump feet together 
  • Adduction machine 
  • Abduction machine 
  • Deep squat ball slams 
Work that booty!!! :)
