Awesome Ab workout

Ab Circuit: 


  • Superset: 


    • Hanging leg raises (right, center, left) 4x15
    • Low plank hold: 4x1:30 

    • Russian twists (w/ medium weight) 4x25 on each side (50 total) 
    • Crunches (center, right, center, left) 4x25 on each side
