Thursday-6/5:
5 rounds of stairs- interchanging
- Regular
- Left side
- Right side
- Skip a step
- Regular
1 minute intervals:
Split lunges
Ice Skaters
Bench step ups (1 minute each side)
Right lunge, Squat, Left lunge Squat
Karaoke's
Lunges with hands over head
Friday-6/6
StairMaster- Fat burner level 9-30 minutes
