Lean and Mean Legs

Hey guys,

Hope everyone is off to a great start this week! For our workout this week we will be focusing on those legs! Everyone wants a sexy pair of legs, and those who don't admire them. You will need a couple pieces of equipment for this workout. It will also be timed.

Equipment:

  • Band
  • Box, bench, or stable chair
  • Kettle bell
  • Matt
Sets and Reps: 
  • 20 sec on
  • 10 sec off
  • You will go through all the exercises then start back at the beginning 
  • 3 sets
    • In between each set, preform sprints at 5-8% incline at 6-9mph
      • on for 30 sec, walk for 30 sec x 2 each
Workout: 

  • Step-ups with Knee Drive

  • Kettle bell Sumo Squat with High Row


  • Kettle Bell Deadlifts

  • Knee Tucks

  • Band Lateral Walks 
    • Keep the tension on the band
    • Big step and little step
    • Knees slightly bent
    • 10 sec one way, 10 sec the other

  • Clams
    • Make sure your hips stay on top of each other
    • Make sure that your heels stay touching the entire exercise 

  • Burpees
