It's that time again, this weeks workout is a beach workout. You can do it at home if you have a beach close by, on vacation, or even in the comfort of your own home. It is all body weight, the sand just adds extra resistance. Thus, if you can do it at the beach you will really be blasting those calories.
I also, wanted to take a moment to congratulate all those who are taking those small steps towards living a healthier and happier life. Weight loss and transformations take time, but with hard work and dedication you can do it. You have to believe in yourself and surround yourself with those who believe in you as well.
As many of you remember when I moved to San Francisco I gained quite a bit of weight in a small amount of time. Upwards of 20 lbs, I am happy and proud to announce that I am coming back down to my original weight. It has taken hard work and dedication, as well as lots of time. However, I'm starting to see the changes and the scale is finally moving! It took about 4-5 months but it happened! Keep your head high and don't ever doubt what you are capable of doing because you are GREAT and you CAN DO IT!
Alright let's get into this weeks workout!
Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds on and 20 seconds of rest. At the end of the circuit you will rest for 2:30 and then perform the workout one more time! Enjoy!
