I apologize for missing last week, as my schedule becomes fuller and fuller, it is becoming harder and harder to get my blogs out as I had promised. Due to This I will be moving my posting dates to Mondays and Fridays. This will be the last week that I will be posting on Tuesday and Thursdays. This weeks workout is one of my all time favorites and when I have missed a couple workouts or want to get back on track this is the workout that I use. Yes, it is from Men's Health and yes, it is called the Spartacus workout, but it is amazing. It targets every muscle in your body, and it kicks your butt. It is fast and effective. I hope that you enjoy! Lastly, women can workout like spartans too!! We are just as tough!!!!
This Circuit can be done 3 days a week. You perform 1 set of each exercise, each station lasts 60 seconds. Do as many reps as you can in that 60 seconds, and give yourself 15 seconds of rest between each exercise. Once the circuit is completed give yourself 2 minutes of rest and then begin the circuit again. Each circuit has 10 exercises. Repeat this circuit 2 times, and try to get in 15-20 reps per 60 seconds. If you can not get through the 60 seconds take a few seconds and then resume until the time is up for that exercise. Lastly, make sure you pick a weight that is challenging, but not impossible.
